Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: I would like to buy divot tools for all the members of my golf team. Do you give a volume discount?
A: I'm sorry but the shapes of the divot tools are so complex they have to be individually shaped by hand and mass production is impossible. The time it takes to make 20 is just twice as long as it takes to make 10 and the prices reflect the time it takes to make them plus the cost of buying such rare materials.
